Ingredients

Unit Conversions

  • 6 qts apples
  • 1 cup water OR
  • 1 gallon applesauce
  • little water

AND

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cloves
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1.5 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 tsp ginger

Instructions

  1. Blend well
  2. cook on low heat with cover or wire-meshe until thick
  3. Jar
  4. sterilize EVERYTHING and use a new flat every time
