Ingredients
- 2x5 oz Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup pank breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425
- in a small bowl combine
- Panko
- Parmesan
- paprika
- large drizzle of olive oil
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels
- Season chicken all over with salt and pepper
- Place chicken on baking sheet
- Spread tops of chicken with sour cream
- Mound tops of chicken with pank mixture from step 2
- Roast for 15-20 minutes
