  • 2x5 oz Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 cup pank breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. in a small bowl combine
    • Panko
    • Parmesan
    • paprika
    • large drizzle of olive oil
    • pinch of salt
    • pinch of pepper
  3. Pat chicken dry with paper towels
  4. Season chicken all over with salt and pepper
  5. Place chicken on baking sheet
  6. Spread tops of chicken with sour cream
  7. Mound tops of chicken with pank mixture from step 2
  8. Roast for 15-20 minutes
