  • 1/2 cup uncooked Couscous
  • 2Tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • 3/4 cup Water

Steps

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat
  2. Add Couscous to pan until lightly browned
  3. Add water
  4. Add salt to taste
  5. Bring water to a boil
  6. Cover, and reduce heat to low until all water is absorbed
