  • 1 cup Water

Steps

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat
  2. Add water
  3. Add salt to taste
  4. Bring water to a boil
  5. Cover, and reduce heat to low until all water is absorbed
