Ingredients

- 2x pork chop
- olive oil
- garlic (1-2 cloves)
- rosemary (1tsp)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 250°F
- Dry pork by patting with paper towels
- Sprinkle and rub both sides with salt and pepper
- Once oven has reached 250°, place pork on a baking sheet and into oven
- Cook until internal temperature is 140°F (30-40 mins/lb)
- Remove from oven and rest, covered, for 5-10 minutes
- Add to skillet over high heat
- drizzle of oil
- 1tsp rosemary
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- Sear pork chops in skillet 1 minute each side, while spooning oil/rosemary/garlic liquid from the bottom of the pan over the top until golden brown crust forms.
- Remove from the heat and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
